As a personal counselor I can offer you advice (consultancy) on how to approach your job. In addition, I provide coaching together with the consultancy. I offer you solutions developed from my experience at the Bar, in business life and through continuous training.

Coaching
In private conversations with me, you talk about a theme which is in your mind (control, letting go – taking distance, being close – rationality, emotion – intelligence, stupidity – order, chaos … ). I will bring you methodologically in contact with your lines of thought, your truths or beliefs, values and behavior patterns. You learn how to handle your particular theme by seeing, experiencing and doing things differently. That is what coaching is about.

How?
Training
In an Everglades training course you learn and you practice new behavior. You may exaggerate some of your qualities to the point where they become pitfalls. That can be very disruptive. Some of your other skills may be under-developed. Via training I will help you to optimally use all of your potential and to grow.
